Whatever you've heard about the media... probably all true and then some. Been there and seen it. From itty bitty TV stations in small cities, to the mega metros, to the world of the national news magazines and national network news, I've seen the incarnations of the news business from the newsroom ...and from in front of the camera. I've done the big story that everyone in town covered, and somehow managed to be the only one to "get it" and been the only one to try doing a story, only to see it spiked because it didn't match "the narrative." Done the murders and car wrecks where the story practically writes itself, and the financial news where you actually have to understand how the world works. (Now those people know what they're talking about) But it may be the most fascinating to hear the enemies of freedom pontificate without once being called on their pedigrees or agendas. Sure seems like it's time, doesn't it?
