Conan O'Brien at Dartmouth College, 2011

Most of us dread listening to any commencement speech we're subjected to. They are long, boring, and filled with terrible cliche's about following your dreams and success. But this year, the fiery red head known for his late night television gig raised the bar. That's right; Conan O'Brien gave the commencement speech of all commencement speeches at Dartmouth. And I swear, it's worth sitting through. He uses his own life as a story board, creating something that's poignant, funny, altrustic and did I mention funny?

You don't have to be a graduate this year to appreciate the sentiment of the speech. Heck, he started the address by saying:

"Before I begin, I must point out that behind me sits a highly admired President of the United States and decorated war hero while I, a cable television talk show host, has been chosen to stand here and impart wisdom. I pray I never witness a more damning example of what is wrong with America today"
